Is it safe to make hotel reservations throught hotels.com for Tokyo?

willnyu1982 asked:

I’m worried that I would get there and they wouldn’t have my reservation or something would get screwed up. Anyone had experience with hotel reservations in Tokyo booked through hotels.com?

I think the big online hotel booking websites are very good and trustworthy. Hotels.com , Cheaperthanhotels.com , Oribitz.com - they are all good.

Another tip is to make sure they have customer service in countries you are visiting in English. has this.

Being trustworthy also requires prices to be guaranteed to be the lowest. Check out the guarantees and ability to sort alternatives so that you get good value.
