Its Both Dublin 1 and 2. Dublin1 is north city centre and Dublin 2 is south of the river liffey. There are loads of hostels in Dub 1 and 2 that are not too expensive

Jurys inn is a decent hotel. City center of dublin is both 1 and 2. Dublin is a great city I grew up there and I miss that place. You’ll have a wonderful time.
