The phone which you probably will never use call and ask each hotel and ask by law they have to what you in addition to tell you already paid in these charges.

I’ve been charged for phone daily, which we didnt use. Its not a lot though.. like a dollar or two a day. I think some hotels charge energy fees and shuttle fees
