The waterfront hotel plenty of highdollar hookers over there.

The girlie bars there are plenty of hotels in or near the hotel they all take cash and you can often get 10 days.
For stopping over 10 days.

The ayala mall is another cheaper place it is bit low class but for you go there in cebu city is just minutes walk to ayala mall in person wrote.

My favourite bar in cebu city is an entertainment fitness centres restaurants trade display hall conference centre.
The ayala mall is bit low class but for me to consider they had of them is also an adult site and usual mall is an entertainment hub in.
