What are the safe areas near downtown Atlanta to get a hotel room ?

I might be travelling to Atlanta and stay overnight.
What are the safest areas where i can find a hotel/motel room for the night for around $50 to $70 ?
Neighbourhoods close to downtown would be better of course

    For hotels in downtown atlanta wish could help answer your question better but must refer you wont get very good luck.
