Best Hotels In America - Right?

We have decided to go to San Fransisco for our honeymoon, but I can’t find any reasonably priced (under $1200 for four nights)Romance or Honeymoon packages. Any ideas? Or even just 3-star hotels with large suite rooms? I spent all stinking day online looking for the best deal, but I really don’t want to spend that much!!! Thank you!
The Wedding is September 16th (this year) and honeymoon would be Saturday-Tuesday night

I have found a couple I like, but I wanted it to be right on the beach so I don’t have to drive or walk too long to get to the beach.
